WHY ARE WE CHANGING OUR NAME
As of February 5th, 2026, Elfly Group becomes NOEMI Aerospace. Our former name, Elfly, meaning electric aircraft in Norwegian, reflects our origins and early phase. As we scale internationally, however, it proved less intuitive outside Scandinavia. For a company built to operate across borders, clarity and consistency matter.
This change is not a cosmetic rebrand. It is a deliberate, strategic decision to support long-term value creation, global scalability and capital efficiency.

NOEMI stands for NO EMISSIONS. The name communicates our mission and technology immediately, without explanation. It is short, globally relevant, easy to pronounce and easy to remember. Most importantly, it aligns the company clearly with what we are building: zero-emission regional aviation.
