Two years after our initial design reveal, we opened the hangar doors to share what we’ve been building, testing, and learning since. Not as a show. But as a working programme with momentum.
Why we gathered
Hangar Day was about one thing: showing real progress. Together with operators, partners, policymakers, investors, and friends of the project, we explored:
How NOEMI addresses real market needs in sustainable regional aviation.
What we’ve built since the last reveal, and what progress actually looks like.
Where the programme is heading next.
It was an opportunity to go beyond slides and statements, and into the details that matter.
What we showed
Throughout the day, guests experienced NOEMI from multiple angles:
New design updates.
Wind tunnel test results.
A full-scale cockpit and cabin mock-up.
Our engineering and flight simulator in live operation.
The first public flight of our 1:5 sub-scale NOEMI aircraft.
Each element reflected the same focus: Building, testing and validating, step by step.
Voices from the ecosystem
We were proud to welcome perspectives from across the ecosystem, including: Norwegian MP Erlend Larsen, Ole Christiansen, Chairman of Nordic Seaplanes and
Fred Anton Ravneberg, General Manager at Nusfjord resort in Lofoten.
Each shared insights on regional connectivity, sustainability and why timing, and execution matter.
What it meant to us
Hangar Day was a reminder of why we build this way: openly, collaboratively, and with respect for the complexity of aviation.
To everyone who joined us. Thank you. For the questions. The conversations, and the belief in what we’re building. We’re proud of the progress. Proud of the people behind it, and genuinely excited about what comes next.
NOEMI
Freedom to connect. Anywhere.
